Technical skills alone are no longer sufficient for our career success, it has been proved by many especially the GPT’s call it the AI taking it dominance position on automating and coding some of the most simple tasks. I cannot be naive to say some of these were indeed challenging tasks coming from a non-technical background and dependent on the qualified.

Employers are now increasingly prioritizing behavioral competencies – the soft skills and personal attributes that enable individuals to work effectively with others and navigate this complex workplace dynamics.
