Here are some of the traits you may notice in the visionary leaders and efficient managers. They both are different and the style and handling issues are certainly not the same.
In this article i just want to share some key differences in each of them and try to focus on the positives, leaving the improvement areas for you to decide. I am sure everyone loves a visionary leader but let’s explore what them one.
