The Art of Asking Questions. Let me ask you a simple question – As a manager, do you ask a lot of questions to your team ? The ability to ask questions is a valuable skill that fosters communication, understanding, and collaboration within a team.

However, there’s a delicate balance we all must have – asking too many questions can be counterproductive and may lead to unintended consequences.

If you are a manager or led people you will absolutely understand the value of when to ask a question and when to shut up!

In this article, let us explore the dynamics of asking questions as a manager, examining whether there is such a thing as asking too many questions and providing suggestions on how to deal with it effectively.
